Ms. Jasmine HEE graduated from University Putra Malaysia as Bachelor of Business Administration, major in Finance. Post-graduation, she had gained more than 10 years working experience in Golden Horses Health Sanctuary on the operation and administration for Medical Healthcare Centre that provided Preventive Healthcare preventive and therapeutic services through its Comprehensive Health Screening Programme and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Centre. Ms. Jasmine has vast experience in administration & management medical centres, particularly in applying for MOH license applications for Private Ambulatory Healthcare Service & Facilities Centres. She was the key person for ISO certification (Standard Quality Management) on application, policy setup, document control, auditor training and maintenance with her previous employment. She has excellent skills in the operation management, purchasing and costing monitoring, staffs roster planning and many other operational functions. With her professional skills, Ms. Jasmine is responsible to obtain & develop an Administration & Purchasing Plan, Quality Management System, Quality Certification, and implementation of ALPS Medical Centre policies & procedures.
