Complaint Handling Process

1. Any complaint can be made through email (info@mygenome.asia), call (03-21616113) or via MyGenome website (https://mygenome.asia).
2. Respective laboratory personnel will look through the details of the complaint received and evaluate to determine its severity and urgency.
3. Investigation will be carried out on the complaint received.
4. Respective laboratory personnel will communicate the resolution to the marketing team for them to inform the complainant.
5. Follow up is done to verify that the resolution was satisfactory.
